Having trouble importing an XML file

I cannot seem to import into Access 2002, an XML file. It imports tables but
with errors and seems to leave out important fields!!

I tried this method
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=285329 and this does not seem to do
anything.
It runs through and completes but does not import anything.

Thanks in advance
