Network error, Access 2003

Ian
Using Access 2003 I have a DB split front and back end over a network, back
end on the server and front end on 4x PC's. Each of the 4x PC's can open the
DB and work correctly as long as only 1x PC has it open, as soon as a second
PC opens it we get a network error. I am not sure if this is some new
feature/setting in Access 2003 or a networking problem, I would appreciate
any help.
