Stopping before EOF

Thank you in advance for any and all assistance. I'm having problems with a
form. When I open it, all my records show just fine, but when I get to the End
of Form, I get an error that says I can't move forward or back. How can I
eliminate that?

I've gone into the table and disabled all the required fields and said, "NO" to
that and allow Zero Length, but I still get locked into that last field and
have to shutdown the form.
