Preventing running automacro from VBA

From VBA, I need to create a new word-document, based on a template.
It should however not pop-up a form in that word document, which is
activated by the 'document_new' event procedure. How can I prevent
this from code?

Your issue is in the Word universe. Post your question there. When you get
VBA code that does what you want in the Word environment you can bring it
over to Access.
