How can I do a multiple Form do display current record. Am having problem

I would create a command button found on the toolbar. Select Report
Operations and follow the wizard. It will ask you for all records for
for a specific record. Take your pick.

Once created, open up the property sheet for the command button, click
on Events, and look for the OnClick event. Open up the code by hitting
the triple dot.

Your should add a line to your code.
If Me.Dirty Then Me.Dirty = False
This saves the record. If you attemp to print a new record or print an
existing record that has been changed but not saved first you will end
up with missing info.

Let's say your Key for the form is called ID. The command line is
something like
Docmd.OpenReport "YourReportName",,,"ID = " & Me.ID
