Use server log on name

Hi all,

I have an access data base to which i have to give permissions to, is it
possible for access to recognise the particular users log on name onto
the network or must it be a specific access password?

You can run code that will give you the Windows User Name in a Startup form
.... I suppose you could look at those names and allow/deny access based on a
list of acceptable users. Access does provide User Level security, which
requires a valid user/pass combo (assuming you setup ULS properly).
