Help needed transfering query -> CSV

Hi all
I'm using access 2003 against sqlserver 2000sp3 and I need to export a
'query' to a csv file. The problem I'm having is getting TransferText to
see the query. I've tried views, stored procedures and functions on the
server, but TransferText, from either vba or a macro, Will claim it cant
see any item I use except for tables.

Can someone tell me, if what I'm doing is possible, or what I might be
overlooking (like a naming convention, or an option somewhere etc)?
Thanks
Glenn

If in code you can open a recordset (DAO or ADO), based on the 'query',
then you can pass it to TextExport class from
http://www.users.cloud9.net/~dfurman/code.htm, which will export it to a
text delimited file.

Thx dimitri - this sounds even more like what I really wanted to achieve.
Still puzzled why transfertext doesn't work like it used to though.
