429 – ActiveX can't create object

Hi

We have various machines with Windows 2000 Pro and Windows XP Pro.
Note all machines have Office XP Pro installed + Outlook 2003

We have a Microsoft Access 2002 database that sends out mails via
MAPI.Session though Outlook 2003.

On some machines the mail gets sent out no problem, but the PC which
have recently have had the OS reinstalled (XP and 2000) get the error
message "429 – ActiveX can't create object".

I've followed the solution set out in KB319844 and still no joy.
Anybody else experienced this?
Please help before the sales team strangles me :)

Many thanks

Alex

Problem was resolved by going to Add/Remove Programs / Outlook 2003
and making sure Collaboration Data Objects was installed.

Many thanks
