Problems emailing from a specific computer

Hi All,
I have a database with a button that when it is click it sends an email
to the client.

This email button works without any problems in other computers. On
Thursday we bought a new computer, and this particular button does not
function on the new computer.

I installed several version of Outlook from 2000 to 2003 and still
doesn't work, windows has the latest patches, I installed the jet engine, I
have installed MDAC and JET drivers for XML. I have checked everything
that I think it could be the factor that this button is not working.
There are several computers with XP Professional running the same
database without any problems.

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding this issue?

Thanks

John

Are you getting an error message, and if so, what is it?

Hello Guys,
Thanks for your responses. Regarding the problem I have is that when I
click the button to send the email to the client in the database, it
does send the email but only once, when I click the button to send
another email, it does not function, regardless if I'm using the same
record or different. When I clicked the second time nothing happens,
no error message, nothing, I can physically see that the button is
been press by the mouse cursor.

I have to exit and open the database to send another email but only
once then exit the database and open the database to send another
email and so on.

This function works perfectly well in other computers using XP Pro and
Win 98. I have compailed and debug this function and I found no error.
