Help with the requery command

P: n/a
I have not been successful with updating a query for a sub form of a
tab control of a sub form of a form.

Basically I have a form that has a combo box to select an equipment
record and on this record I have owner and backup owner. These fields
are numbers. When an Equipotent record is selected all the tabs on
the tab control are just all the fields that are part of the equipment
table. Where my issue is that when I select a record the sub form on
the tab owner doesn't update. I think I need to use requery command
but I can figure out the syntax to use it correctly. Below is a list
of the objects used on this form. Please help me with the statement
that I need or a better way to do this.

Owner information is stored but a field on the equipment that
references employee information in the employee table.

Form - frm_Equiment_Master
Unbound combo box - cbx_EquipID
sub form - frm_Equip_Tabs
Tab control - TabCtl0
Tab Label - Owner Info
sub form - sfrm_Owner_info
Unbound combo box - cbxESN
sub form - sfrm_Employee
