Retirving Data for Multiple Select List Box

Hi guys,

i have a multiple select list box on my form, and it saves the selections I
make
into the field just fine.,
but when i open the form on an existing record, it does not show up the
selections that are in the
record already ...

any ideas how to get a multiple select list box to show the selectinos in
the current record ?

thanks,
kevin

Add a Yes/No field named Selected to the table that is the rowsource of your
listbox. Write code to set Selected in the record that contains your selection
to True each time you make a selection. Base your form on a query that contains
the fields you want and include Selected. Set the criteria for selected to True.

At the appropriate point in what you are doing, you will have to reset all the
Selecteds back to false. You can easily do this with an Update query.
