Importing into Access XP

How could I import a Data from a Excel Spreadsheet, into a Already Exsiting
Table, also can I choose which coloum(s) need what row of data in?

If you are willing to give a Java application a try, Super*SQL will
load any ASCII file into an existing table. If you are interested in

One command I would look at is TransferSpreadsheet.

You could run the above command to link the spreadsheet to Access then
run an append query to add the records then delete the link/tabledef.
