Access: Specific modification between two tables

I have two tables with words.
First table has 2 fields: German, Croatian.
Second table has 2 fields: German, English.

First table in the German field miss attributes (der, die, das), (pl).
This attributes is only for nouns, not for vers...
Second table (German field) HAS that attributes, but this table is much
bigger then first table.
-Question:
How can I replace words(nouns) - just them - from table 2 to table 1 or add
attribute to
table 1 some other way, but bewaring to not disorganize (translation) of the
1-st table?

I created 2 tables; Table1 and Table2. Each table has 1 field;
GermanWord and is Text. You can do/create the same to follow me.

Table1 has the following 5 records
Test
Die Test1
Der Test2
Das Test3
(pl) Test4

Table2 has the following 5 records
Test1
Test2
Test3
Test4
Test5

The results of the update if I understand you correctly, for table 2,
should be the following
Die Test1
Der Test2
Das Test3
(pl) Test4
Test5

I created a query called Query1. It separates the words in Table1 into
two columns that have 2 words (Die, Das, Der, (pl) in the field) and
another word. Ex: Die Test1.

The first column is called Prefix (Die), the second is Suffix (Test1).

The query will only return records has 2 words. A space seperates the
two words. Here is my Query1 SQL code. You can cut/paste this into a
new query (Query1) to test if you have built the 2 tables.

SELECT Left([GermanWord],InStr([GermanWord]," ")-1) AS Prefix,
Trim(Mid([GermanWord],InStr([GermanWord]," ")+1)) AS Suffix
FROM Table1
WHERE (((InStr([GermanWord]," "))>0));

Now I created a second query to update the second table with the Der,
Die, Die, (pl) prefix. You can cut/paste this into a new query to test
if you have built the 2 tables and Query1.

UPDATE Table2 INNER JOIN Query1 ON Table2.GermanWord = Query1.Suffix SET
Table2.GermanWord = [Query1]![Prefix] & " " & [Table2]![GermanWord];

If I understood your problem, and you followed my example, you should be
able to modify the above queries to solve your problem. BTW, I would
make a copy of your production table, those without a prefix, prior to
running your update just in case you make a mistake.

By the way, if table2 has
Test1
Test1
and the first Test1 is a noun and the second Test1 is a verb, you need a
method to note which one is a noun and which the verb and filter only on
words that are nouns.
