Access 2002 Toolbar dynamic caption update

I have a bizarre problem. I am using a code module to update the
Caption property of the buttons of a custom toolbar. Though the code
module works fine, the new caption does not immediately show on the
toolbar button till i hover the mouse above the button. Is there a way
to fix this? For now I am using the SetFocus method of the Toolbar's
control collection which seems to work but the problem is then I cant
cause the control to lose focus and it remains highlighted till I move
my mouse to another control.

Any ideas??

I think that you probably need to set the focus back to the
Access Application to move focus off the Toolbar.

What version of Windows are you using?
