Using Combo box and text box to Query table

Im just a beginner using MS Access 2002. I have a database set up
with only 1 table and need help searching the database. I would like
the search to be similar to a web search interface.

I have a form with a combo box filled with State/Province names a text
box where the user can type in the date and a text box where the user
may type in a keyword. Hitting the search button would open up a new
form and retreive information based on the search criteria. The user
may edit or print a report then.

So basiscally a search by State Name/Province or Date or Keyword.
Please help. Thank you!

Look at creating a form then a subform. There is a built in Wizrd for this.
