Barcode Integration

P: n/a
Is there a book or website that covers the topic of getting a
barcode reader to work with Access? One thing I'd like to do is scan a
barcode with the Main Switchboard displayed, and have the program
bring up the associated transaction record. My wand/keyboard wedge
"types" in the stored value plus an Enter at the end.

Put a textbox on that form, ensure focus is set in it, and scan. Then
write your code in the <control>_AfterUpdate event. Or perhaps in the
Change event.
