1 button reports faxing

P: n/a
Hi all,

I'm trying actually to find a way to programmatically fax reports
inside access.
I'm using Win XP, Access 2000, Acrobat Distiller 6 and Winfax PRO 10

There's 2 way i could find out that could work:
1 - I make my report prints directly to Delfax printer and set the
Fax Number, recipient, Comments and other stuff programmatically
sending information to the Winfax Sending form from MS Access.

2 - I print my reports in PDF(using Acrobat Distiller) in temporary
files, attach them to a fax using the winfax SDK object CSDKSend, send
the fax, then delete the files
now, the problems
=- on the first way, my problem is that i cannot find any way to
communicate with winfax sending form to set the Name, Fax number,
comments, etc. Without having a manual user-entry.

=- on the second way, the problem is that i couldn't come up with a
way to prevent the "Save as..." popup that asks for the name of the
target PDF file... I could have the user enter it,.... but after, how
do I catches the name of the file to send it and delete it after?
so there's the problem, i hope 1 of you great ppl can help me, i'm
stuck there... and I can't have my boss buying me ACG WinFax Class
Library, Unfortunately.

Thank you very much
