How to ensure outlook is use during automation from Access? Not OE?

Is there anyway to add in the code to open up MS Outlook instead of
Outlook Express during an SendObject Command in MS Access 2002? (Add
some code in the module?)

use automation and automate outlook? AFAIK, you can't directly
automate OE, except by using wrappers...
