how to import from another mdb

HOw can I allow a user to choose any .mdb to import a table from in code.
So I would like the user to be able to click a button on a form and then
have an explorer type browser launch and then let the user an .mdb file and
then it will let them choose whick table from within this .mdb file to
import.

I have the API that lets a user select a file, so that part is done.

Can this be done?

Thanks
