Download the Security FAQ from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads -- it's
the authoritative source for Access security information. Unfortunately, it
is easy to slip up and make your database so secure that even you cannot get
in (as seems to be the case here) or so insecure that most anyone can get
in.
That's why it is such a great idea to make a backup (maybe even a couple of
backups) of both the database and the associated workgroup file before you
start making changes.

Hi All:
Our company has been using a ms access 2000 database on a share drive,
every user logs into the database using shortcut on individual desktop
that goes to shared drive.
Now today while making changes to the security ->User & Groups, my PC
froze and when I restarted it says "You do not have permission to
access this, Contact your administrator". I deleted the .ldb file,
with no luck.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Viru
