adding fields to forms in access

P: n/a
Ren
when I click on my field list the same table keeps coming up
throughtout the database and it is not the table that I want to be in.
How do I change to another? Ususally you can scroll in properties to
find the table or use the menu bar at the top , but no tables are
appearing in either place right now, I don't know what happened to my
database. thanks
