Hi

Is there a way to default two reports report 1 & report 2 so they go to
printer tray 1 and tray 2 respectively when printed?

Thanks

Check out the new Printer object in Access 2002 and up. In my opinion
worth the upgrade if you need to manipulate printers programmatically.

Set up two copies of the printer: one with default tray 1, the other with
default tray 2. You can set the reports to use the different printer
setups.
