Update serveral columns in a table from a newly imported table

I have a table(Useraccess that has several different columns of data
(userid, password, num_of_access etc) I get a different table of user
info data every couple of days. The NewTable has only the User ID and
Password. I need to be able to update the passwords in Useraccess
table with the new passwords from NewTable.

I have been trying to come up with a SQL statement that can do it all
but I have yet to be successful. Is there a better way to update my
Useraccess table? With this have to be done using ADO in VBA?

Thanks

Create a query that includes both tables. Join the tables on UserID in the query
window. Pull down the password field from each table. Change the query to an
Update query. In the password field from the first table where it says Update
To, enter TblNewtable.Password. Run the query and the old passwords will be
updated!
