Group footer on each page using subreports

I'm putting together a long report that has different
sections(subreports). Each section(subreport) needs to have distinct
page headers and footers along with elements common to the entire
report(title at top of each page, page number at bottom of each page).

I can get by the page header problem by putting 'fake' group headers
at the beginning of each section(subreport) and having it repeat for
each page.

The problem is I can't figure out how to get what I want for a page
footer by section(subreport) repeated at the bottom of each page along
with the common element(page number).
