Keep together in reports

I have devised a system to produce pupil reports for our school using
Access. Each subject report consists of a series of numerical / simple text
data together with a written report written using amemo field. In the final
printed report these appear one subject after another. Sometimes 3 subjects
will fit on a page, sometimes 4, depending on how much each teacher has
written. The problem is that at the moment I'm getting 3 and a half, with
some fields of one subject fitting on one page the rest on another.
Indeed, I can't find a way to keep even the memo field together. I'm
looking for something like an elastic band to fit round all the fields
related to a particular subject!
