Compare Data In Two Tables

It seems like this would be easy, but I can't seem to figure this one
out. I need an easy way to make Access compare two similar tables and
kick out a report that shows information mismatches. Certain fields
might have different names.
Very Fast example:

Table 1
Office Louisville
Number 555345
Name Smith
Table 2
Location Louisville
Number 555345000
Person Smythe

I would then need a report to kick out showing these differences:

Table 1 Number, 555345 is different from Table 2 Number, 555345000

and

Table 1 Name, Smith is different from Table 2 Person, Smythe.

The fact that "office" and "location" is different is of no
consequence.
Thank you!!!!!!!

Go to New query - There is a wizard which will sort this for you.

OK - I was afraid of that.

I only have access to ACCESS 97. Can this be done in Access 97?
