Folks

We'll give this posting as much attention as the other postings. None.

Note to persons new to this newsgroup. One person, with many identities, is being
rather disruptive. If you see a bizarre posting it's probably the work of this
disruptive person..

Check the headers of the posting. If you see the following the posting can be safely
ignored. Of course, there will likely be other headers to be added to this list.

Tony, ignore this sick *bleap*. Don't even post "warnings" about his
inane postings. He gets a kick out of ANY reaction to his posts. If
we ABSOLUTELY ignore him, eventually, he'll go away.

By the way, using PGP, or some other kind of crypto signature, ensures
others know who sent what.

I respectfully disagree. What about folks who drop by the newsgroup and don't have a
clue what is going on when they encounter one of DPMs postings?

Unfortunately Agent doesn't support S/MIME or PGP without cutting and pasting, AFAIK,
so it's too much of a PITA. (How's that for enough T,F and FLAs in one sentence?)

Tony might be ignoring you because he thinks you are me. But he thinks
everybody is somebody else, so don't take it personally.

Yes. I heard the same buzz on the MVP site, but I don't think it's legal
(or sane) and it won't hold up in court. Haven't seen any "Fenton-Linson"
sigs yet but AFAIK they were all Fenton-Linson posts to begin with.

XMVP and others,
I've been in and around this newsgroup since 1998 or so. I am familiar with
the troll that finds it amusing to stir the pot and watch all the regulars
descend into a flame war with him/her. At one point I was fond of
insinuating that said troll haunted the drag-queen bars of San Francisco's
Polk Street. But doing so just fired off another pointless thread of flames
and stupid insults. It is not my intent to start that again, though
answering this thread may in fact cause the very thing I wanted to avoid.
Keep up the good work, Fenton, Linson, Toews, et al. The troll . . . will
go away one day.
