AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE TABLE FROM FORM

P: n/a
I have a database table with fields Proficiency Due Date and
Proficiency Recvd Date. The Proficiency Due Date is already
populated. When I enter the Prof Recvd Date, I want to automatically
add another entry into the table and automatically update the
Proficiency Due Date of the new entry to be current Proficiency Date +
365.

Is this doable? I can set it up to copy the current entry and add it
to the table, but is there a way I can then update the current Profic
Due Date to be +365?
