Dialogic Board / Saving Audio files / Dictation

P: n/a
Hi,

Does anyone have any experience creating an Access application that
can work with some kind of phone hardware (we currently own a 4 port
dialogic board), that can save a wave file from someone calling in to
a specific phone line and dictating?

In other words, a doctor calls in dictates into the phone, and then I
take it from there....save the recording as a network wave file
etc.....

I'd be very interested in how you approached it.

thanks,
Paul

We use RecOnPhone in our office. It outputs wav files, which I attach
to a call record in our custom CRM software. Check with your vendor;
they most likely already have a solution for you, hopefully with some
sample programs to get you started.
