You get the idea.

You'll need to find a group specific to the product you want to work
with.

You may want to start out in the comp.databases.olap newsgroup, which
(if memory serves) is devoted more to the OLAP concept then specifics,
but used to be a pretty good resource. (That was a few years ago
however, so don't take that as "gospel".)

For SQL Server, you might want to start out at MSDN.
