Help needed to store quiz solutions from db to VB

Basically I want to store the answer of a single-choice question
(where candidate selects one answer) and multiple-choice question
(where candidate selects more than one answer). I would like to store
it in a table and then when I run the quiz application on VB, I would
like to track answers for both types of questions.

Please help me solve this problem.
Much appreciated.

I have created a similar database before. You can create a table that
will list the questions and say what type each question is. It would
either be a single-choice question or a multiple-choice question.
Create a combo table to store the answers to the questions. There
would be an id field, a question number field and a question answer
field. For the single question an example would be
id=1,Quest=1,Answer=a. For a multiple question an example would be
id=2,Quest=2, Answer=a and id=3, Quest=2, Answer=b.
Hope that helps. If interested I could maybe help create a database
for you.
