Query Help - Microsoft Access / VBA

Hello,

I'm currently trying to pass a global variable to a query criteria with
no luck. This query passes information to a report Is it possible to do
this?

Queries cannot use variables directly, but if you create a one line
function that returns the value of the variable the query can use that.
