value substutition

am new to ms-access, can anybody help me with this;

i have a formula that computes for a difference. positive values
are ok but i need to change the negative values to zero (field value).

Try IIf([X]-[Y]>0,[X]-[Y],0)

Where X and Y are the values you use to compute the difference. Use the
formula in a query or a form.
