Creating a Timesheet

I am trying to create a timesheet in access that have mutliple fields.
Bi-weekly starting Sun - Sat
Regular
Regular + N/D
Comp Time Earned
Overtime
Sunday
Sunday + N/D
Annual Leave
Sick Leave
Comp Time Used
Military Leave
Holiday Off
Holiday + N/D
Holiday WKD
AUO/LEAP
Excludable Day
Rest. Ann. Leave
Rel. Comp. Used
LWOP
Hazardous Duty
Totals
