conversion -MS Access 2000

Hi!

Is there a way to convert binary datatype to text? I have made link from
Access to SQL server table. In that table one field is binary datatype. I
would need to filter table by that field but I do not see anything in there
at the moment.

Please advice how to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance,
Lili
