link helpfile in a button in the menu

Hello,
how can i link a button in the menu to a helpfile i made in help and manual.
The application will by distribute on a CD-rom.

Add this to a module, then create a button on a custom toolbar or menubar
and set the function name as the buttons Action property. If the filepath
changes, then the user will need to specify the new location of the
helpfile each time this is invoked. If in the function you use only the
file name, then the user may be asked once, then Windows will remember
where to look after that.
