Query Help - Returning the Difference between Two Values

Thanks in advance for looking at this!

I have a simple query that grabs the inventory results between two
date periods:

SELECT tblCSV.SKU, tblCSV.date, tblCSV.count
FROM tblCSV
WHERE (((tblCSV.date) Between [Enter starting date:] And [Enter ending
date:]));

I want to include a calculated field in the query that will subtract
the value of COUNT from the oldest of the dates from the value of
COUNT from the most current date. Example:

SKU 1001 Date: 12/01/03 Count: 5
SKU 1001 Date: 01/01/04 Count: 3
Difference = 2

Possible? Easy to do? Any help would be appreciated!
