Inserting text into MS Access with ASP.NET

Hello all,

Can anyone out there please explain me how to insert text wich is
formatted into an access database via ASP.NET?

Now, I can insert plain text (without characters like ' and page
breaks, bold or cursive format, etc...).

When I try to insert 'chris' then I get a query error (wich is
logical, since the SQL interpreter doesn't know anymore where the
query statement ends).

Is there any way to avoid this error while inserting special
characters and formatted text?
Thanks in advance guys for your help!

This is more of an ASP.NET configuration question than an Access question. I know a
little of the answer but only enough to be very dangerous. <smile>
