File copy problem

I am using the FileCopy command to copy a file from one location to another.
The file is copied but the copy is an empty file. This is the same for Word,
Excel, MDB etc. ie the copied file has the correct name and extension but
when opened has no data. For a JPG, BMP the copied file is not a valid JPG,
BMP
This is only happening on one site, other sites using the same code seem to
work fine.
Interestingly the FileCopy command in my code is displayed as filecopy (no
capitals) it has capitals in other projects.
Could it be due to the order of references, I know missing references can
cause odd problems but there are no missing references.
Can anyone suggest a solution please.
