Select all from subform

Hi, how can i select every record from a subform that matched to my
searching criteria ? i tried to use SQL select and "[field]= '" &
forms!xxx!xxx.form!field & '"" but it will only select first record
that matched. Anyway to select every record that matched ? Thanks.

Daniel,
I'm confused about what you're attempting to accomplish. The word
"select" could mean several things in this context. Please clarify
what your goal is here. Also, some specifics would help out too.

Hi Tom,

I mean that i want all the records available in my subform to be
generated in a report. Whatever records there i want to generate a
report based on it. Thanks

Daniel

Then couldn't you filter for the Primary Key from the main form?

DoCmd.OpenReport "MyReport","MyPrimaryKey=" & Me!txtMyPrimaryKey

or something along those lines...

Well , it generate all the records instead of the records in the
subform. i thought it would but then it wouldn't.

DoCmd.OpenReport "custorder", acViewPreview, "[job_order]=
Forms!main!Overdue_sub.Form!Jobid
