Multi-pages per sheet report

I want to create a report that will print 4 pages per sheet. All pages have
the same header with their own page number. The 1st sheet would have 4 pages
with numbers 1, 2, 3, 4. The second sheet would start with page number 5, 6,
7, 8 etc. Any idea how I can accomplish this?

Thank
Yves

I don't know of a way, not without a third-party print formatter. I used to
use Blue Squirrel's ClickBooks, but it is convinced that the driver for my
Epson C-80 running under Windows 2000 Pro is a Postscript driver and tells
me to install a different driver for my printer. Whether that driver is
PostScript or not, I can't say, but as best I recall, it's the only W2000
driver Epson had for that printer.
