time between two dates i.e years

Trying to have a column in a report show the difference between two dates.
E.G. One column has "date joined" and new column is to show difference
from "join date" and today; preferably in years and months.

Help dosen't show it nor do several books I have on Access 2000.

Many thanks for any assistance.

Use the datediff function to get the difference in months, then do an integer
divide (\) by 12 to get the number of years , and a modulus (mod) 12 to get
the remainder number of months.
