Access illegal operation error message ?

I am having problem with Access 2k and w98se . I am tying to create
new database using the wizards or templates . I get the error message
below when trying to use them . I've reinstalled the program, run
NDD, N. Win Doctor and found no problems . I am stuck and would
apprecaite some help . - thanks

I don't know how to read the memory dump, someone who can may be able to
help better. In the mean time, have you installed the latest service packs
for Office 2000 and Jet 4? For Office 2000, it will be SP3, for Jet 4 and
Windows 98, it will be SP8.
