HOW 2 create a 2 dimensional database table

I have a 2 dimensional table which i want to create in access.
this full table i want associated with 1 primasry key or ID how can i
do this currently i am entering the table in excell and linking it but
then i am not able to make any quries on that table.

You can import your Excel table into Access using File - Get External Data -
Import Table.

I _think_ you are describing a heirarchical structure for a database when
you say "two-dimensional". Access is a relational database, and the second
dimension would translate into a related table. The related table would have
a "foreign key" relating its records to records in the primary table.
