Outlook Address Book

Can anyone give me sone code to add addresses from a query to an Outlook
Address book. The problem is that I want to add the new email addresses to a
distribution list, not to the main email list

TIA

Phil,

Open to the database window and the tables tab. Click on File- Get External
Data. Click on "Link". At the bottom, change to "Outlook". Choose the Outlook
Address Book and press OK. The Outlook address book is now like any other
database table and you can create queries, forms and reports based on it.

Thanks for that. I had no idea you could link with outlook. However although
I can see the distribution list entry, I can't see how the individual
entries for the distribution list are linked back

Eg I have a Distribution List called "Club Members"
Within this list I have Tom To*@xyz.com
Dick Di***@Freeserve.co.uk
Harry Ha***@Smith.co.uk

I want to insert Fred Fr**@somewhere.net into the "Club members" section
of the contacts file

any ideas

Phil
