tab control can't make invisible while it has the focus

Hi to all,
I have a couple of tab control pages in a form and I want to make them
invisible. I can't make them invisible because one of the control has
the focus. I tried to move the focus to another part of the form
outside the page using the setfocus() command but I am still getting the
error.
How can I remove the focus from the control tabl page on the form?
Thanks

Did you try setting focus to a control on another page of the tab control?

Hi Allen,
Yes, I did. Access just don't let me change the state of the tab
control page while the focus is on one of the other control on the page.
Do a command which does the opposite of setfocus() exists?
Cheers
