How can I copy a Access-database and relations, but without data?

You copy the database, and then when you paste it you are asked if you want to past the
data as well as the structure. Just click on structure only.

Hei Kent, takk for svar på min melding.

If you want to do this in code, you can use the Filecopy function and then
run a Delete query on all tables in the DB.
