Macro in a Form, generating a Report

Situation:
I have a Macro linked to a field in a form, that I have specified a
Where condition {where [Report]![Field Label]=[Forms]![Field]} that
then print previews a report.

Problem: I don't seem to be getting the Field in the Form to specify
the specific Records for the Report.

Any thoughts?
