Compare Access 2000 and Later versions

I previously used Access 97 and 2000 quite a bit. Over the last two
years plus, I've been doing mainly VB and SQL Server. My boss wants to
know (he asked me), if the XP version of Access is much less prone to
corruption and need of repair than the earlier versions, as early as
Access 2000. I can only guess but don't KNOW! For those of you who
have experienced the later versions as well as 2000, do the XP version
databases get corrupted less often than 2000? Thanks
