Programmatically identifying event properties

I'm attempting to write some VBA code that dynamically adds a default
event handler to all the events on a form (including control-related
events). In VBA, how do I selectively identify which properties on a
form are event properties?

I cannot begin to fathom the possible reason you want to do what you
propose, as handling the Timer event is very different from handling the
form's Close event.

If you want to handle keystrokes you may want to use the keyPreview
property and handle those in a single event that would react to all
interaction with the form.

Otherwise provide some detail as to what you intend to accomplish with
this universal default event handler.
